ANNUITIES

An Annuity is a contract sold by insurance companies to provide retirement savings.  Fixed and Fixed Indexed Annuities are great for people who are retiring and want to invest their money in a safe investment vehicle with guarantees.  Over the last 10 years, fixed indexed annuities have been a focal point of investors because of strong returns and no risk of loss to your investment. FIA's are very flexible and returns are based off of crediting interest strategies you choose within an index and how they perform.  FIA's can be used to simply build income or you can select an income rider to set up monthly payments for the remainder of your life.  I highly recommend a FIA as a way to diversify your portfolio.
